  • counseling and legal support in all matters of labor law;
  • preparation of individual labor projects and collective agreements, orders and other acts of the employer;
  • counseling and legal support of issues related to dismissal, acceptance, reduction, recruitment of employees to disciplinary responsibility;
  • consulting on implementation labour activity issues by foreigners in KZ;
  • representation of interests in the course of administrative proceedings during inspections conducted by labor inspection and migration authorities;
  • counseling on safety and labor protection issues, including the resolution of occupational accidents, the certification of workers, etc.
